Purchasing the Freehold of our Offices and Showroom

We have just completed the purchase of the entire freehold of our 2-storey offices and showroom in Ewell, Surrey. While we have been here for over 18 years now, the fact that we were able to complete the purchase of the building itself means that we now have total control and freedom over the property. It also gives us security in the years ahead. As we know we will always have that property available to us. Along with our head offices, which includes our accounts, marketing and operations departments. The property in Surrey is also home to to our smaller showroom. Before the launch of our larger, more expansive showroom in Kent back in 2014 it was our main showroom for many years. It still boasts examples of the different ranges of blinds that we sell. This includes conservatory roof blinds and examples of our electric blinds. This purchase stands alongside our factory in Ashford, Kent. We originally purchased that freehold building in early 2014, and since then have turned it into a completely bespoke manufacturing facility, and we are still expanding and improving it’s capabilities this year. Conservatory Blinds Limited is proud to work entirely out of the UK. We provide British-made products and ensuring that all contact with our company is done from UK-based premises. In these uncertain economic times; we are happy we have the ability to be purchasing the freehold of our offices and showroom. As making these purchases provides us with an increased sense of security for the years ahead, as well as giving us total freedom to expand and adapt our business as we move forward.
