The consultation visit is the opportunity for one of our experts to demonstrate our range of blinds, listen to your requirements, give advice and measure up and prepare a full quotation.
This is when you can ask any questions you need about the blinds, and take a look at the range of fabrics, fittings and operation methods available. If appropriate, we can also help you work out the best way of concealing any electrical cables or integrating the blinds into your existing home automation system.
What Do The Consultants Bring With Them?
Our consultants bring with them a full sales kit. This includes working models of every type of blind we sell, as well as our range of bespoke fabrics.
We also have a huge portfolio of videos and photos taken in our customer’s homes, so you can understand exactly how the blinds will work and look in your own home.
How long do visits usually take?
The amount of time it takes to quote for bespoke blinds depends on the complexity of the requirements and the extent of advice you require. The absolute minimum time to establish what blinds you require, take measurements and prepare a quotation would be 30 minutes.
We allow approximately 1 to 1½ hours for a “normal quotation”, although it can take longer if you require numerous alternative quotations and in-depth technical advice. We will never stay longer than necessary, and we are happy to leave you with a quote and let you think about it rather than staying for too long to pressure you in to buying.
