Using Colour Matched Pinoleum Blinds to Compliment Your Colour Scheme

Early last week we fitted our blinds into an Westbury orangery in Essex. The customer had previously bought blinds from us several years ago. But, they wanted to change their colour as part of a redecoration of the room. Luckily, they were interested in our pure™ Pinoleum Blinds, which gave them access to the full range of Farrow & Ball^® colours that we offer with the English Pinoleum. This gave them the option to opt for our colour matched Pinoleum Blinds to compliment their décor.

English Pinoleum Blinds

They opted for the colour “Manor House Grey” which, as you can see from the photos. This meant that the colour of the blinds elegantly matches the colours of the rest of the décor. As a final touch, we were able to use silver coloured blind rails to complement the colour of the pinoleum weave. This created a more integrated look with pinoleum blinds that compliment the colour scheme perfectly.

While the customers only had roof blinds from us previously, they decided to also add side blinds to the orangery. All of the side blinds were fitted with the child-safe SmartCord^® system. This allows for cord operation of Pinoleum Blinds without needing any potentially dangerous looped cords.

Colour Matched Pinoleum Blinds – Lantern Roof

As the room is an orangery, it means it comes with a lantern roof. Using an individual blind layout for a roof lantern does give some benefits when compared to using a horizontal blind. Although it means using more blinds, and a higher cost, you are able to use pinoleum blinds in the roof. Since the customers already knew they wanted to use a Farrow & Ball^® colour for the blinds, this means they could still have matching blinds in the roof. It also means that they can have shading in their lantern roof without any of the blinds getting in the way of their chandelier.
